The flood of new Stand users in Morioh comes from the Bow and Arrow held by Keicho Nijimura, who shoots people and keeps only the strong survivors. Josuke is nearly torn apart by Okuyasu's The Hand, which scrapes away space itself, until he turns that erasure into a way to close the distance instantly and knocks Okuyasu down. Deep inside the Nijimura house lives the brothers' father, reduced to an inhuman shape by DIO's flesh bud, alive without memory or pain. Keicho admits he fires the arrows to create a Stand user who could free him. Moments later Keicho is killed by another Stand, and Okuyasu drifts to Josuke's side.
